Six Weeks Out

Partial wedding planning, including logistics and styling for weddings in London + the Home Counties + South West England + Europe

Don’t do the last few weeks alone!

This is my partial wedding planning package, I work with couples in London + Surrey + Kent + the rest of the Home Counties + Dorset + Cornwall + France + Italy and beyond to make your day run like a well-oiled machine of matrimonial bliss! After you’ve done all your dreaming, planning, sourcing, tasting (and the occasional freak out I’m sure), hand over to me and enjoy your day! The Six Weeks Out partial wedding planning package gives you on the day wedding planning and coordination in the form of a DOC (Day of Coordinator) and support in the lead up to your wedding day meaning you can relax and enjoy the final few weeks, and of course the big day.

Upon booking you’ll receive a list of my recommended suppliers that you can use and we’ll have a call to talk through your plans for the day and any questions you may have.

Then I’ll leave you to it until 6 weeks before your wedding!

We will meet at your venue to have a walk round; you’ll hand over all the plans that you have and we’ll talk through everything. I’ll then create a wedding timeline, get in touch with all of your suppliers, make sure everyone is on the same page and answer any of their questions.

We’ll then meet two or three weeks out from your wedding date to catch up on everything and run through the plans.

Then on the day – you’ve got a Day of Coordinator, which everyone needs! For your wedding day and rehearsal, everything needs to be kept running smoothly and with wedding parties, families, vendors and guests, that is no easy feat! As your on the day wedding coordinator, I am here to make sure that the details you have poured your heart and soul into come together beautifully!

I want you (as well as your mum, grandma, in-laws, best friends and so on) to enjoy every single second of your day. I am there to be the go-between, answer the 1,000 questions, show the DJ where the power socket is, organise all the vendors, pick up the uncle who’s had a bit too much to drink and be the bad guy every once in a while.

In the lead up to your big day, things can come up, they always do! So as your wedding planner, I’m on hand to work with your suppliers and make sure we all have the same vision – your vision!

Then comes the rehearsal, sometimes harder than you might think and more often than not, when my bad guy ends up coming out to keep all your groomsmen, bridesmaids and grandparents in check!

How it works

On the day, my team and I will be the first on site and the last to leave. I will set-up, make sure everything looks great and troubleshoot throughout. Anything you need!

But here are some examples of what we do:

  • Set up table plans, guest books, signage, decor, table numbers, favours etc.
  • Manage all the vendors, call them if they are late, let them know when the timeline isn’t running quite to time, change around the timeline when your hair and makeup runs late!
  • Get everyone down the aisle!
  • Orchestrate the grand entrance, pictures, cocktails, first dance, cake cutting etc. etc. etc. making sure that everything gets done but as naturally as possible.
  • Our main duty is being your biggest advocate for the day, we are you eyes, ears, hands and feet and we are there for you whatever goes right, or wrong!

This six weeks out partial wedding planning package includes:

  • One call before the handover
  • Recommended supplier list (upon booking)
  • One handover meeting at your venue
  • One meeting 2/3 weeks before your wedding to catch up on everything
  • Unlimited support throughout the six weeks
  • 12 hours on the day

This package costs £1250

I do not take commission from any suppliers and will work to get the best price for you, passing on any discounts to you

I can’t wait to meet you and see how I can help you with your big day!
